Pourquoi dois-je être capable de parler anglais pour tous les postes ?
Comme nous avons beaucoup de membres internationaux, mais aussi des partenaires, la plupart de nos communications se font en anglais. Par conséquent, une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais est nécessaire, mais les exigences varient en fonction du poste.
Dois-je parler allemand ?
Pour certains de nos postes, la connaissance de l'allemand est effectivement nécessaire. Pour d'autres, comme dans nos équipes pays, elles ne le sont pas. Tu trouveras des informations à ce sujet à la fin de chaque offre d'emploi et nous vérifions également toujours l'adéquation au cas par cas.
Combien de temps dure normalement la procédure de candidature ?
Une fois que nous aurons reçu ta candidature, nous te répondrons dès que possible et nous essaierons de faire en sorte que le processus de candidature soit aussi court que possible. Chaque embauche est une décision importante qui demande du temps des deux côtés, prévoie donc environ 2 à 4 semaines pour finaliser le processus.
Les stages sont-ils rémunérés et y a-t-il une durée minimale ?
Chacun des membres de notre équipe apporte une contribution importante à notre succès et est donc rémunéré. Le montant de la rémunération dépend de ton expérience antérieure et de la durée du stage. Afin de tirer le meilleur parti de ton séjour chez Remazing, tu dois prévoir entre 3 et 6 mois pour un stage.
Je n'ai pas trouvé de poste à pourvoir qui me convienne. Que puis-je faire ?
