FIRST EXPERIENCE: Ideally, you have already gained some initial hands-on experience in direct client interaction, e.g. in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, or Sales. Experience in a tech, SaaS, or startup environment is a plus.

LANGUAGE: You communicate confidently and professionally in German at a native or near-native level and are able to explain complex topics in a clear and concise way. You are also fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

TECH AFFINITY & WILLINGNESS TO LEARN: You enjoy diving into software and its features and quickly familiarize yourself with new tools and topics.

HANDS-ON MENTALITY: You work in a structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented way and enjoy taking ownership of operational topics. At the same time, you are eager to develop, take on increasing responsibility, and gradually manage and grow your own client accounts.

CUSTOMER MINDSET: You enjoy communicating with different people and building long-term, reliable client relationships. Even in more challenging situations, you remain confident and service-oriented and actively work towards finding the right solution.
