AI & LLM VISIBILITY CONSULTING: You’ll support clients in adapting their content strategy to ensure visibility in AI-powered search environments (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, Amazon Rufus). This includes defining how to deliver LLM visibility audits, how to rewrite PDPs for prompt-readiness, and how to develop evidence-based content that increases AI citations and grounded answers.
CROSS-CHANNEL CONTENT OPTIMIZATION: You’ll bridge marketplace content with brand-owned content and off-site visibility. Your work ensures that brands know how to structure product information, make it consistent, and strategically surfaced across PDPs, Brand Stores, and brand websites, making content discoverable by human and AI-powered search.
STRUCTURED CONTENT PLANNING: You will plan and manage structured content sprints and optimization roadmaps - e.g., by leading PDP Clarity Packs, AI visibility checklists, and cross-ASIN consistency reviews. Your strategic input ensures that every content deliverable aligns with both SEO and GEO/ACO requirements.
SERVICE & DELIVERABLE INNOVATION: You will co-develop and refine new consulting deliverables such as “Retail Readiness for LLMs,” structured data audits, schema implementation blueprints, and AI visibility scorecards, adding value beyond traditional content (executional) services.

Working in close collaboration with strategy and consulting teams, you’ll transform client needs into actionable analyses and creating the technical foundation for advanced retail media strategies.
CLIENT USE-CASE ENABLEMENT: You’ll help identify and build custom AMC use cases for key clients. From audience insights to path-to-purchase analysis, your goal will be to shape AMC into a valuable lever for each brand, adapting the approach based on vertical and maturity level.

AMC MONITORING & ENABLEMENT: You will remain up to date on new AMC capabilities and help disseminate learnings internally. Your collaboration with other team members (e.g., in Growth and Strategic Development) will ensure that AMC knowledge translates into scalable, high-impact client deliverables.
STRONG SQL SKILLS: You are confident writing, editing, and optimizing SQL queries, ideally in a marketing, BI, or digital commerce context. You are familiar with analyzing structured datasets and drawing clear insights. Experience with Amazon Marketing Cloud is a plus - but SQL fluency is a must.
