How we work with you

Retail media management: team, technology and creative

Retail media is operational work. You get people who run it, technology that scales it, and creative built for each retailer — across Amazon and every other network.

Your advertising managers

A named team that runs the account end to end — not a dashboard you have to operate yourself.

  • Media planning and budget allocation per retailer
  • Day-to-day campaign management, bidding and bid steering
  • Keyword, targeting and audience strategy per market
  • Reporting and business reviews on your cadence

We shape the strategy with you, then we carry the operational load.

Our own technology

Proprietary tooling built for retail media, so execution never depends on each retailer's own console.

  • Planning and forecasting across markets
  • Automated optimisation, pacing and budget guardrails
  • Monitoring, anomaly alerts and share-of-shelf tracking
  • One performance reporting layer for every retailer

One reporting standard across all your retailers, so you can actually compare them.

In-house creative studio

Art directors who produce every asset a campaign needs, built to each retailer's specifications.

  • Display, video and in-store creative production
  • Localised adaptations for each market and language
  • Store, PDP and digital-shelf assets built for the format
  • Creative testing and iteration against performance

Creative in house, so it gets tested and iterated like any other lever, not shipped once and forgotten.

Our technology-powered approach

Retail media technology and automation

We leverage proprietary technology, leading retail media platforms and intelligent automation to execute full-funnel strategies across every retailer, unifying execution and turning data into measurable impact.

One orchestration layer to activate, optimise and scale across every retailer.

Campaign structures, naming and guardrails stay identical from Amazon to a national grocer — so a change made once applies everywhere.

Automation and AI to enhance performance, eliminate waste and accelerate results.

Bid steering, budget pacing and anomaly alerts run continuously, so specialists spend their time on strategy rather than upkeep.

Aggregate and activate data across platforms to make every decision smarter.

Every retailer's export is normalised into one reporting standard, which is what makes cross-market comparison and incrementality testing possible.

Align search, display and in-store for consistent messaging and maximum impact.

Retail media plans are built against the same audience and messaging framework as brand media, so budgets stop competing with each other.

Measurement

Every retailer measures differently. We translate them into one language.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about retail media

The questions brands ask us most often before their retail media campaign.

Retail media is advertising placed within a retailer's own digital and physical environments - search results, category pages, apps, newsletters and in-store screens - as well as in the retailer's offsite channels. It uses the retailer's first-party shopper data for targeting and measurement, which means campaigns can be attributed to actual sales rather than proxy metrics.

No. Amazon Advertising is one retail media network among many. Retail media covers every retailer that sells advertising against its own shopper data - from global marketplaces to national grocers and category specialists. Amazon is usually where brands start, but most categories now have meaningful reach across several networks, each with its own formats, buying models and reporting logic.

Onsite retail media runs within the retailer's own environment: sponsored search results, category and homepage placements, product detail pages and retailer apps. Offsite retail media uses the same shopper data to reach the same audiences elsewhere - on streaming TV, video, display, audio, social and digital out-of-home. Onsite captures existing demand; offsite creates it.

Brands can advertise on any retailer that operates a retail media network - currently several hundred worldwide. Which ones are worth activating depends on category, market and where a brand's shoppers actually buy. We map the relevant networks per market and prioritise them by reach, data quality and commercial opportunity rather than by availability alone.

There is no single entry point: minimums are set per retailer and per format, and they differ widely between a self-service search campaign and a premium onsite takeover. What matters more than the absolute figure is having enough budget per retailer to reach statistically meaningful data.
