STRATEGIC DATA & INSIGHTS: You will collect, consolidate, and structure relevant data from various sources such as Category Insights, our internal software Remdash, and Advertising reports. This data forms the foundation for analyses that support pitches, strategic workshops, and internal service development.

STRUCTURED & STRATEGIC THINKING: You are able to understand complex challenges, structure your approach, and synthesize large sets of data into actionable recommendations. Familiarity with frameworks and strategic tools is a plus.

¿Por qué es necesario el inglés para todos los puestos de trabajo?
Remazing está formada por empleados de distintos países y trabajamos con socios internacionales, por lo que la mayoría de la comunicación en la empresa se desarrolla en inglés. Por eso, es necesario dominar el idioma, aunque los requisitos varían en función del puesto.
¿Tengo que hablar alemán?
Depende del puesto. Para algunos sí es necesario, mientras que para los equipos de cada país no es obligatorio hablar alemán. Encontrarás más información al final de cada oferta de empleo. Además, evaluamos cada caso de manera individual.
¿Cuánto suele durar el proceso de selección?
Una vez que recibamos tu candidatura, nos pondremos en contacto contigo cuanto antes e intentaremos que el proceso de selección dure lo menos posible. Sin embargo, cada contratación es una decisión muy importante que conlleva un tiempo para ambas partes, así que calcula que el proceso dure entre dos y cuatro semanas.
¿Las prácticas son remuneradas? ¿Hay una duración mínima?
Todos los miembros de nuestro equipo son fundamentales para nuestro éxito, por lo que su esfuerzo está remunerado. La cantidad dependerá de tu experiencia previa y de la duración de las prácticas. Para sacar el máximo partido al tiempo que pases en Remazing, las prácticas duran entre tres y seis meses.
