apply nowPERFORMANCE MARKETING: As part of our advertising team, you will promote the growth of our clients on Amazon or other platforms. Your focus is on programmatic advertising via DSPs.
STRATEGY & PLANNING: You will develop customised DSP strategies and campaign plans for national and international brands based on their performance goals. You act as a direct contact person for your partners.
CONTROL & OPTIMIZATION: Based on strategies and agreed targets, you are operationally responsible for setting up and optimising the corresponding DSP activities.
MONITORING & REPORTING: Using monitoring and ad software tools, you will monitor and analyse large amounts of performance data and create and present corresponding reports.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: You inform yourself about developments on the relevant platforms and test new features from Amazon. You support the further development and optimisation of internal programmatic standards and processes.
EDUCATION & PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: You have solid knowledge in the areas of business administration, digital marketing, e-commerce or a comparable field. You also have 1 to 2 years of practical experience in programmatic advertising, ideally in combination with account management. Experience with the Amazon DSP is an absolute plus.
ANALYTICAL THINKING: You have strong analytical skills and proven experience in working with performance metrics. You understand relevant metrics, can interpret them, and derive actions.
SOFTWARE & TOOLS: You are comfortable working with different tools and software and have experience with monitoring and ad tools. You have very good Excel (e.g., Pivot) and PowerPoint skills.
PASSION FOR E-COMMERCE: You are familiar with industry trends in e-commerce. You have a strong interest in online marketplaces and working in an agency environment. You are able to work independently and reliably.
COMMUNICATION: You have very good and proven communication skills in relation to internal and external partners, coupled with excellent English language skills and very good presentation skills.
