AMAZON MARKETING: You will work in one of our e-commerce consulting teams, which are experts in everything related to Amazon marketing measures. Your focus will be on SEO optimisation and Amazon advertising.

MENTORING: We will provide you with an experienced e-commerce consultant who will give you the necessary know-how about Amazon Marketing and support you in the optimal implementation of your thesis project.

THESIS TOPIC: Based on our internal project pipeline, you choose a topic from the field of e-commerce together with your supervisor. You implement your project during working hours while you support your team operationally.

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT & CONSULTING: In addition to your thesis, you will work with your team on the implementation and management of Amazon marketing measures for national and international clients.

REPORTINGS: We are fans of data and its measurability. You support the creation of analyses and reports and gain insights into performance marketing.
Your profile
STUDIES & PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: You are studying business administration, e-commerce, marketing or have a comparable background. Ideally, you have some practical experience in the areas of account management, consulting and/or online marketing.

PASSION FOR E-COMMERCE: You have an interest in online marketplaces and are familiar with industry trends in e-commerce.

HANDS-ON MENTALITY & MOTIVATION: You are always motivated to expand your knowledge, work solution-oriented, and perceive challenges as opportunities.

Your tasks

MAIN TASK: You’ll play an important role in helping us develop and grow our internal software tool, Remdash. During your internship, you’ll support our product team with planning, execution, and communication around new features and improvements. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and gain hands-on experience in product development, user experience, and product marketing.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT: You’ll contribute to the product development process by collecting and analyzing user feedback to identify needs and areas for improvement. Together with our CTO, developers, and UX designers, you’ll help create solutions that are user-friendly and technically feasible.

EXECUTION PLANNING: You’ll support our development team’s task backlog – for example, by drafting and prioritizing user stories. You’ll also assist in preparing tasks and learn how to support efficient team processes to ensure smooth feature releases.

PRODUCT MARKETING: You’ll help create presentations for internal use – such as highlighting new features in our newsletter or preparing training materials. You’ll also collaborate with our Customer Success team to understand user behaviour and improve communication around Remdash.

PRODUCT OWNERSHIP: As your internship progresses, you’ll take responsibility for smaller parts of the product – from ideation and user interviews to helping plan releases and analyze success using KPIs. This gives you a hands-on view of the full product lifecycle.

Your profile

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Fluent English and German are essential for this role, as a significant part of client communication is conducted in German. Additional language skills are a plus.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:  You’re currently studying a business- or tech-related subject (e.g., Business, Marketing, UX, HCI, Computer Science, etc.). Ideally, you’ve already gained some experience in product management or project work – through internships, side jobs, or university projects. Ideally, you are available for a 6 months internship.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT & PRODUCT SKILLS: You communicate clearly, work in a structured way, and enjoy collaborating with different teams. You have a good understanding of user needs and can turn them into actionable steps. Previous experience with user journeys or user stories is a plus.

TECH & UX UNDERSTANDING: You have a basic understanding of technical concepts and modern software development – this helps you connect the dots between tech teams and end users. Any knowledge of UX/UI or tools like Figma is a plus, but not required.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: You will play a key role in bringing our product vision of our in-house software “Remdash” to life by supporting product discovery, planning, marketing, and execution. PROJECT MANAGEMENT & PRODUCT SKILLS: You excel in clear communication, both verbal and written, enabling you to collaborate effectively with developers, designers, customer success teams, and users. You have a talent for breaking down complex user needs into actionable steps, ensuring features are practical and impactful. Your strong attention to detail allows you to identify and prioritize valuable product improvements. Experience in developing user journeys and creating user stories is an advantage.

TECH & UX UNDERSTANDING: You possess a basic understanding of technical concepts and modern software development processes, which helps you to bridge communication between technical and non-technical teams. Additionally, you have a familiarity with UX/UI principles, and if you have experience in creating wireframes or low-fidelity prototypes, that’s a bonus.

Your tasks
AMAZON MARKETING: You’ll become an expert in handling Amazon marketing activities for our clients. You’ll gain an in-depth overview of the success factors for growth on Amazon while you’ll also focus on Amazon advertising.

AMAZON ADVERTISING: A part of your role will deal with PPC and DSP management on and off Amazon. You will manage clients’ advertising budgets, create advertising strategies, set up respective campaigns, handle regular/daily campaign management, and conduct needed optimizations.

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT & CONSULTING: You are the main contact person for national and international brands regarding all their Amazon activities in the German marketplace. You advise them on a strategic level and maintain long-term relationships.

COLLABORATION & COORDINATION: In consultation with your clients, you will coordinate the implementation of relevant Amazon Marketing measures and collaborate with other relevant internal teams. In addition, you also implement measures yourself.

Your profile
