We have discovered a new feature under the ‘Insights’ section of a Brand Store: The Brand Store Quality Rating. Brand Stores are rated as either “low”, “medium”, or “high” quality based on a number of metrics and recommendations. The rating and additional recommendations from Amazon can be viewed to improve the relative quality of the store.

New ad formats for Prime Video
Amazon recently introduced new formats for ads on Prime Video.
- Image carousels: Customers can browse and buy multiple related products on Amazon during ad breaks.
- Interactive pause ads: When viewers press pause, they see a transparent ad with brand messages and images, as well as an overlay with ‘Add to basket’ and ‘Learn more’. Customers can purchase the product, receive further information by email, and continue the stream at any time.
- Interactive trivia adverts: Customers are entertained with facts about a brand and can add a product to their basket, request information by email, and claim rewards such as Amazon shopping credits.
