Amazon is now of great importance for brands. In western core markets, Amazon is the largest sales channel in e-commerce, with about half of all sales going through the platform. At the same time, Amazon has also become the most important product search engine; shoppers start here and inform themselves about products independently of the actual point of sales. And the online giant has used this customer loyalty in the last few years to build one of the largest advertising channels on the Internet.
We want to help brands find answers to the new customer journeys. In the ever-changing e-commerce ecosystem, it's not always easy to keep track. Our greatest motivation is to keep up with this pace and generate new insights for our partners. We want to show every day anew how to make a product on Amazon sustainably successful. The sales growth of our partners is the most important confirmation for us, and serves as our daily motivation.
