1. What is the impact of your work at Remazing?
As an E-Commerce Consultant I am the bridge between the client and our individual teams. I work very closely with our Content and Country Managers and report our progress, ideas and news to the client. In our team “Hybrid” we focus on clients who have an Amazon Seller Account and also a Vendor Account.

2. What do you feel is the most important attribute required to be successful in your position?
In my opinion you need to be confident in managing projects and have strong communication skills. And you need to love working with others – colleagues and clients.

3. Why do you like working at Remazing?
At Remazing there is always something new coming up. A new challenge, a new priority, a new opportunity to grow. And all of this within a great team, where we support each other, value each other, and share knowledge collaboratory rather than collecting it individually.

How we hire.

Step 1


First, it's your turn to send us your application with your CV, and two to three sentences about your motivation via our website form.

Step 2

First interview

We will review your application and if your profile fits us, we will invite you to a first introductory interview via video call.

Step 3


You've convinced us in the first interview? Then in the next step we will send you a small challenge that you can work on from home.

Step 4

Challenge Interview

If the challenge results convince us, we invite you to a final interview where you can present the results and meet your potential direct manager and, eventually, other team members.

Step 5

MD Meet

If you haven't met any of our Managing Directors in your Challenge Interview, there will be a short introductory meeting with one of them.

Now both sides can make a decision. In the best case, you will receive an offer from us and we might soon welcome you to our team.

Why do I have to be able to speak English for all positions?
Since we have many international employees, but also partners, most of our communication takes place in English. Therefore, a good command of English is necessary, but requirements vary depending on the position.
Do I have to speak German?
For some of our positions, knowledge of German is indeed necessary. For others, such as in our country teams, they are not. You will find information on this at the end of each job posting and we also always check the fit individually.
How long does the application process normally take?
Once we receive your application, we will get back to you as soon as possible and try to keep the application process as short as possible. Similarly, each hire is an extremely important decision that takes time on both sides, so you should plan with about 2 to 4 weeks to go through the process.
Are internships compensated and is there a miminum duration?
Each of our team members makes an important contribution to our success and is therefore compensated. The amount of compensation depends on your previous experience and the duration of the internship. In order to gain the most from your time with Remazing, you should plan with 3 and 6 months for an internship.
I haven't found an open position that suits me. What can I do?
