Remazing welcomes IK Partners as an investor to accelerate its international growth ambitions

• Remazing received an investment from IK Partners to become the globally leading software and service provider for brands on Amazon and other online marketplaces.
• Through this first-ever round of funding in Remazing’s history, IK Partners is joining the company’s group of shareholders.
• The investment will be used to accelerate Remazing’s internationalisation strategy and the expansion of its software business, enabling brands around the globe to successfully grow on online marketplaces.

Remazing is driven by an entrepreneurial culture and mindset. As a bootstrapped startup, the company has achieved great organic growth since its inception, backed by a high net revenue retention (NRR) and outstanding Net Promoter Scores (NPS) from its clients.

Today, IK has acquired a significant minority stake in Remazing with the founders, Hannes Detjen and Emil Beck, and Managing Director Filip Egert and Chief Technology Officer Timo Helken, reinvesting alongside. Given IK’s global footprint and expertise in supporting high-potential national market leaders within the Business Services and Consumer sectors, Remazing is excited to have found a strategic partner that has a proven track record in accelerating the international growth ambitions of technology-driven service companies and shares its cultural values.

With IK’s support, Remazing is planning to grow through: strengthening its partnerships with existing clients and acquiring new ones, increasing its global market penetration, developing its technology offering further and expanding its line of services into other online marketplaces. Additionally, the company aims to build its presence globally through the execution of a selective M&A strategy.
