Whistleblowing Policy.

At Remazing, we place the utmost importance on fostering trust and upholding fair business practices, not only for the benefit of Remazing itself but also for our valued clients.

Consequently, we actively encourage a culture where both internal and external stakeholders of Remazing feel secure and empowered to take action and report any instances of wrongdoing associated with our operations. There are various avenues through which this can be accomplished. For instance, if you are an employee, you have the option to report concerns to your Team Lead. In cases where the Team Lead is directly involved in the situation or is unable to adequately address the issues at hand, or if you are reporting from outside Remazing, you have the opportunity to make use of our Whistleblowing channels, following the procedure outlined below.

1. When and how can I submit a report?

If you suspect any form of misconduct or irregularities, such as criminal activities, fraud, bribery, unlawful advantages, or inappropriate behavior, we welcome your reports. Written reports should be provided in either German or English and should contain all relevant information pertaining to the misconduct. At a minimum, your report should include the following details, if available:

  • When: Date, time, and location.
  • Who: Names of individuals involved, their roles, and your relationship with them.
  • What: A description of the nature of your concerns, how you became aware of the issue, and any potential witnesses. Please include any additional information that can support your report.
  • Contact information (if you choose not to remain anonymous): While we assure strict confidentiality in handling all reported information, we recommend providing your contact details so that we can acknowledge receipt of your report and follow up on the matter, if necessary.

When reporting misconduct or breaches within Remazing’s operations, Remazing may find it necessary to process personal data related to you. This personal data may pertain to you as the whistleblower, the individual under investigation, witnesses, or other individuals mentioned in the report.
