In today’s rapidly evolving business landscape, having a clear sense of direction and a strong set of guiding principles is crucial for any organisation. Principles guide our strategy and actions, ensuring that we are working towards the same objectives and doing it in a way that is aligned with our values and vision. Why do we have company principles?
At Remazing, we understand the significance of company principles in shaping our decisions and actions. Rooted in our company values, these principles serve as a compass, ensuring that we work towards our goals while staying true to our vision. This, in turn, helps us to establish a strong culture and brand identity.

How did we create our company principles?
The initial input for our principles was generated by all team members participating in our company offsite in 2022. We had an in-depth workshop where we began by defining what company principles are and why they are relevant for collaboration and a company’s success. We then created groups consisting of people from different teams. Each group brainstormed their first principle drafts using the guiding question: “What matters at Remazing?”. All proposals were presented afterwards, and in the end, everybody had three votes for the proposals they found the most suitable and valuable for Remazing. We then took all the input with us and the final principles were developed by our Operations and Management team over the following months.

- Sell a Partnership, not a Service: We see our clients as long-term partners and aim to be on a long journey full of stories and memories with them. We build strong partnerships based on performance and mutual trust.
- Understand Your Counterpart: We are humble and want to learn more about the people behind the company logos. We ask our counterparts questions, listen carefully, understand their goals, and show empathy.
- Deliver What You Promise: We are fully committed to being proactive in our communication, keeping deadlines, being flexible, and delivering our promises to our counterparts. They are putting their trust in Remazing, and we want to do right for the people who believe in us.

Stay Hungry
We strive to expand our expertise and skills every day. The dynamic e-commerce environment requires mastering new challenges constantly, and the below principles help us to do so:
- Get your Hands Dirty: Remazians roll up their sleeves and get involved. We are hands-on and willing to take on any task for the best outcome, even the less desirable ones. We don’t just stay in our lane but are always willing to explore new fields. We recognise this is essential to fulfilling our vision.
- Turn Problems into Solutions: We don’t spend too much time complaining about a problem; instead, we channel our thoughts into finding solutions. We see challenges as an opportunity of turning short-term lowlights into long-term highlights.
- Progress over Perfection: At Remazing, we recognise that we operate in a highly dynamic environment. Remazians take action quickly and believe that “done is better than perfect.” We see mistakes as an opportunity to learn and improve.
