Survey shows: Amazon more trustworthy than Temu

Despite Temu’s growing popularity due to ultra-low prices, a new survey by Omnisend shows that Amazon remains the more trusted company in the US, UK, Canada, and Australia.

  • Only 6% of US shoppers trust Temu more than Amazon. The situation is similar in the other countries, with only Australia standing out with 12%.
  • Amazon’s established customer loyalty and fast delivery times continue to secure its leading position in the e-commerce market.
