90% of participants have a positive image of Amazon.

91% of respondents in the UK said they are paying greater attention to their budget when shopping online due to the economic situation. The majority of Amazon customers said they use more offers and discounts for this purpose.

UK shoppers are increasingly using Amazon as a portal for price comparison and inspiration.

74% of UK-based shoppers said they are more likely to start searching for products on Amazon than on Google or other pages.
