LANGUAGE SKILLS: Fluent English and German are essential for this role, as a significant part of client communication is conducted in German. Additional language skills are a plus.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE: You have a degree or apprenticeship in Business, Marketing or related fields (HCI, Computer Science, Engineering are a plus, but not required). Along with your academic foundation, you ideally bring first professional experience with product management (e.g. jobs, internship, seminars etc.).

PROJECT MANAGEMENT & PRODUCT SKILLS: You excel in clear communication, both verbal and written, enabling you to collaborate effectively with developers, designers, customer success teams, and users. You have a talent for breaking down complex user needs into actionable steps, ensuring features are practical and impactful. Your strong attention to detail allows you to identify and prioritize valuable product improvements. Experience in developing user journeys and creating user stories is an advantage.

TECH & UX UNDERSTANDING: You possess a basic understanding of technical concepts and modern software development processes, which helps you to bridge communication between technical and non-technical teams. Additionally, you have a familiarity with UX/UI principles, and if you have experience in creating wireframes or low-fidelity prototypes, that’s a bonus.

INITIATIVE & GROWTH MINDSET: You are eager to grow and continuously improve within the field of product management. Working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment excites you, and you can adapt easily to evolving priorities. You are passionate about solving user problems and are always looking for innovative solutions to enhance the product experience.
